At The Still Closet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Hygiene or personal-use products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

If your return is approved, instructions for sending the item back will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
